The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza announced that it has finalized a comprehensive humanitarian plan to support the Gaza Strip ahead of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.

Dr. Ali Shaath, head of the committee, said the plan focuses on the delivery of essential relief supplies, particularly medical and educational materials, to address urgent humanitarian needs. He noted that coordination is underway with multiple countries through various international frameworks to ensure timely assistance.

Shaath also revealed that the committee has held meetings with the European Union, the United Nations, as well as Arab and Western countries that have expressed readiness to support Gaza. Initial pledges for funding humanitarian relief, recovery, and reconstruction efforts have already been received, he said.

According to Shaath, a meeting involving member states of an international peace council is scheduled to be held in Washington on February 19 to reaffirm these commitments and begin practical implementation on the ground in Palestine.

He acknowledged ongoing concerns but stressed that the committee remains committed to working solely in the interest of the Palestinian people and continuing efforts to support them during the recovery phase.
