Turkish reports claimed on Saturday that Galatasaray edged closer to sign Egyptian midfielder Ramadan Sobhi from Pyramids during the upcoming summer transfers.
According to "fanatik" website, Galatasaray came close to reach an agreement with Sobhi to join the club in the upcoming season.
The website added that the only obstacle which hinders the negotiation is Pyramids' desire to receive 2.2 million euro annually, while the Turkish club offered 1.5 million euros per year.
The website also noted that the Turkish club is now waiting for Sobhi's response on the offer as he wants to leave Pyramids.
