French Foreign Minister (FM) Jean-Noël Barrot said that expanding the Israeli operation in Gaza and Al-Mawasi would constitute a catastrophe and result in more civilian casualties.
He added that the only solution is a permanent ceasefire, the release of hostages, the protection of civilians, and a significant influx of humanitarian aid.
