French Finance Min.: West Will Launch   Economic  Destructive War against Russia  

The French Minister of Economy and Finance, Bruno Le Maire, has vowed to launch an economic war against Russia that will lead to the collapse of its economy.

The Russian forces have continued their military operation on Ukrainian soil since last Thursday, to enter today, Tuesday, its sixth consecutive day.

This operation made a large number of countries in the world impose harsh economic sanctions on Moscow, in addition to placing Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the lists of sanctions.

In an open session of the UN Security Council on Ukraine, UN Humanitarian Affairs Under-Secretary Martin Griffiths said that the military operations have displaced hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians so far, appealing to the warring parties to respect humanitarian law.

The Kyiv Independent newspaper said that more than 70 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in a Russian bombing of a military unit in the city of Okhtyrka, according to what it quoted the leader of the Ukrainian Sumy Oblast.

On the other hand, the press office of the Ukrainian Navy reported that Bulgaria, Poland, and Slovakia transferred to Ukraine 70 warplanes that may be stationed at Polish airports.
