France's Macron Hails Egyptian-French Relations

President Macron affirmed his country’s keenness to intensify coordination and consultation with Egypt, one of France’s most significant regional partners. He highly praised Egypt’s role in establishing the pillars of stability in the Middle East, the Mediterranean region, and the African continent. Macron commended Egypt’s efforts in countering terrorism, extremist ideologies, and illegal immigration.

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris for a working luncheon hosted by Macron at the Élysée Palace. This event honored Sisi’s visit to France to participate in the Summit for the New Global Financing Charter.
