In a step to ease Coronavirus restrictions, France's President Emmanuel Macron has outlined a specific four-stage plan to open the country almost completely by the end of June.
Today, May 3rd marks the first stage of the gradual reopening of France from lockdown measures, according to Macron’s plan.
On this basis, people of France can look forward to eating out, shopping, going to cultural events and an end to the evening curfew.
In addition to this, people can now travel further than 10km (six miles) from home and can go anywhere in France.
Moreover, the citizens no longer have to carry a form giving a valid reason for travelling.
Also in this regard, French students returned to classes in schools across the country and a domestic travel was lifted, as the French authority eased its third Covid lockdown on Monday.
Notably, France has been in a tight national lockdown since April 3 when a surge in covid-19 cases began to devastate the nation’s hospitals.
It's worth noting that French borders will be opened by June 9 to foreign travelers and Paris lovers.
Lately, the French government has announced that Macron’s plan aims to end almost all aspects of the lockdown starting May 3 with the reopening of schools to in-person instruction and an end to restrictions on travel.
