Forbes selected Dahab among the best budget travel 21 destinations in the world for 2020.
According to travel experts and influencers' opinions, Alexandra Talty, a writer at Forbes, chose the bohemian beach town of Dahab, expressing how she was in love with the quiet corner of the Sinai peninsula for its nature, weather, and turquoise water.

Talty said: "In fact, I became so enamored ... This gem on the Sinai Peninsula is one of Egypt's only destinations with a true independent traveler vibe enjoyed at rock-bottom prices."

She also pointed out that reaching Dahab becomes easier after the UK resumption of flights to Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.
