Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Expatriate Affairs, headed to Beirut today, Tuesday, for a visit aimed at affirming Egypt's solidarity with the brotherly state of Lebanon and its steadfast support for the Lebanese state's efforts to enhance stability and development.
During the visit, Abdelatty is scheduled to hold a number of meetings with senior Lebanese officials to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and consult on developments in Lebanon and the region.
He will also affirm Egypt's keenness to preserve Lebanon's unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and support its endeavors to overcome the current challenges in a way that safeguards its security and stability and fulfills the aspirations of its brotherly people.
