Foreign Minister (FM) Sameh Shoukry received on Sunday UK Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa James Cleverly, at the ministry headquarters in Cairo.
"Both officials are set to discuss the bilateral ties between Egypt and the UK, as well as a number of regional and international issues of common concern," Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Hafez tweeted.
