Badr Abdel Aati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration made a phone call with Manuel Gonçalves, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Mozambique, within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between Egypt and Mozambique.
Minister Abdel Aati began the call by congratulating President Daniel Chapo on the election and his imminent official inauguration on January 15, stressing Egypt's aspiration to achieve stability, prosperity and development in the Republic of Mozambique.
He also expressed Egypt's keenness to advance bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields, and to build on the historic visit of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to Mozambique in 2023, which greatly reflected in strengthening relations and opening new horizons for cooperation between the two countries.
