Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said that Egypt is keen to support its relations with Europe, noting that there is an upcoming visit of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Brussels soon, which is being prepared for it.
In his statements to Alghad channel, the foreign minister added that Sisi's message to the European Council will include Egypt's commitment to support relations with the EU in all political and economic fields, and the continuation of bilateral relations that serve the common interests of both parties.
Shoukry stated that "his visit to Brussels deals with the challenges facing the European Union and Egypt and achieving peace and stability in the region and the Middle East."
