Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Expatriates’ Affairs, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, reviewed the development of bilateral relations between Egypt and Pakistan at the political and economic levels, as well as the ongoing coordination between the two countries in multilateral frameworks, during a media interview with the Pakistani newspaper and channel DAWN, on the sidelines of his bilateral visit to Islamabad.
FM also reviewed the determinants of the Egyptian position on developments in the Middle East, addressing the latest updates in the Gaza Strip, the importance of implementing Security Council Resolution 2803 and moving forward with the implementation of the second phase of U.S. President Donald Trump's peace plan.
He also highlighted Egypt's efforts to support early recovery and reconstruction in Gaza.
