Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Abroad Affairs, arrived in Washington on Thursday, on a bilateral visit to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations with the US side, in addition to consulting on the most prominent regional issues.
During the visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration is scheduled to hold extensive meetings with a number of members of Congress and US envoys concerned with issues and crises in the Middle East and Africa, in addition to participating in a round table for one of the most important US research centers.
This visit comes ahead of the Foreign Minister's participation in the activities of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York
