Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides received, earlier today, Thursday, Foreign Minister (FM) Sameh Shoukry at the Cypriot presidency.
This came within Shoukry's current visit to Niscosia.
"Egypt and Cyprus: historical friendship ties and multi-faceted cooperation based on converging visions, common interests, and close coordination on common challenges,"Ahmed Abu Zeid, Foreign Ministry official spokesperson posted on "X" account.
Earlier today, Shoukry headed to Nicosia on a bilateral visit aimed at following up on the course of relations between the two countries and consulting on regional and international developments.
