Foreign Minister and President-Designate of the 27th session of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP27) Sameh Shoukry said that the conference is witnessing wide participation of civil society, adding: "We appreciate this broad representation."
In his speech at the "Saudi Green Initiative" forum, as part of the activities of the COP27 climate summit, Shoukry added, "We must develop and move forward to reach the desired results in the face of climate change."
"We must benefit from civil society and listen to its opinion," FM stressed.
Moreover, Egypt's top diplomat added, "Implementation is the most important thing that we must agree on during the current session of the climate conference."
