The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority announced on Monday the resumption of flights between the United Arab Emirates and the Syrian Arab Republic.
WAM news agency quoted the authority as saying in a statement: "Joint coordination is currently underway to complete the necessary procedures to resume flights between the two countries, which will enhance air traffic and contribute to supporting the movement of passengers and cargo between them."
