A huge fire broke out on Tuesday in a ship-building area in the Port of Attaqa on the Red Sea in the Suez governorate.
A number of fishing boats and speedboats were burned, but no human injuries or casualties were reported.
Fire trucks managed to bring the blaze under control before it could spread to the remaining vessels.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
