The residence of Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro in Harrisburg was set on fire in a suspected arson attack early Saturday morning.
Authorities confirmed that the fire was quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported.
According to state officials, the incident occurred at about 2:00 a.m. local time. Pennsylvania State Police officers alerted the governor and his family, leading to their immediate evacuation from the property.
Firefighters from Harrisburg responded promptly and successfully brought the fire under control.
