The Giza Civil Protection Forces successfully contained a fire that broke out in a well-known shopping center in Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City, without any reported injuries.
The Giza emergency operations room received an alert regarding the fire at the shopping center, prompting an immediate response from the Civil Protection Forces to control the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to nearby areas and stores.
A security cordon was quickly established around the site, and both electricity and gas supply to the building were completely cut off as a precautionary measure.
The fire was swiftly contained, and firefighters were able to extinguish it. Currently, the team is conducting cooling operations to ensure that the fire does not reignite.
Authorities have confirmed that no casualties were reported, and the situation is now under control.
