A few hours later, Lights will be shed on Europe, where the most awaited tournaments in the world will give the green light to restart, as the Uefa Champions League will return to life once again.

The most challenging tournament between clubs in the world has been halted due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic since March.

Two clashes will be played on Friday at 21:00 CLT in the last 16.

Real Madrid will take on Man City, as Zinedine Zidane's men are looking forward to compensating their 2-1 loss in the first leg at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium to qualify for the quarter-finals, set to be held in Lisbon.

On the other hand, Juventus will be in a difficult mission as they are set to host France's Olympique Lyonnais, who snatched a 1-0 victory in the first leg.

Atlético Madrid, PSG, Leipzig, and Atalanta have booked their place in the quarter-final.

A small tournament will be organised for the upcoming rounds starting from the quarter-final as the matches will be held over a single game in Lisbon between August 12 and 23.
