On Wednesday, a highly-anticipated sky event will take place as the Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse conquers the sky, unfortunately, the impressive sky event will not be visible in Egypt.
Tonight's Ring of Fire solar eclipse can be observed in various parts of South America.
A Ring of Fire eclipse or an annular solar occurs when the moon is at or near its farthest point from Earth.
Since the moon is farther away than it is during a total solar eclipse, the moon appears smaller and doesn’t block out the entire sun when it passes in front of our star instead, the moon leaves a bright ring of the sun visible at the eclipse’s peak, creating the ring of fire effect that remains visible around the dark silhouette of the moon.
The upcoming solar eclipse is the final in 2024.
