Egyptian belly dancer and actress Fifi Abdou denied Tuesday via Instagram stories claims of being admitted to intensive care after her health deteriorated.
In the footage, which featured Abdou inside her bedroom, the dancer reassured her fans of her wellbeing.
"I was absent for a little due to being tired and unable to respond, but now, I wanted to reassure you that I got better, thank God," she noted.
A few days ago, the 67-year-old star shared an update about her health after falling ill and not doing live streamings months ago.
Abdou unveiled that she was improperly given an injection, which hit a nerve, and thereafter, began nerve treatment.
She added: “Doctors are working hard to cure the nerve, thankfully, I am very well, and I thank my fans for their concern. I apologize to all channels that called me for interviews, as I am taking heavy medication for nerves which makes me sleep long hours.”
