The Iranian Fars News Agency, citing a source within Iran's negotiating team with the United States, denied reports that Iran had agreed to transfer part of its nuclear stockpile to a third country. The agency stated that "issues related to the nuclear file have not been addressed at this stage."

Al-Arabiya TV had reported, citing sources, that "Iran informed Pakistan of its agreement to transfer a portion of its enriched uranium to a third country that agrees to it."

The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, stated that the resumption of the agency's activities within Iran is essential for an accurate technical assessment of the situation.

He added: "We assume that the quantity of Iranian enriched uranium remains at the same location targeted by the attacks last June."

The IAEA had previously announced that it was unable to access any nuclear facility in Iran except for the Bushehr plant. She added that Iran had not allowed her team access to any other facilities, and explained that they had no ability to verify the cessation of enrichment in Iran. The agency confirmed that outstanding issues with Iran regarding undeclared sites and materials remained unresolved, stressing that Iran was the only non-nuclear country that had accumulated uranium enriched to 60%.
