Mohamed, son of the Lebanese singer Fadl Shaker, announced Thursday on Twitter that his father had recovered from the coronavirus.
The media office of the singer confirmed the news and added that he is resuming his artistic activity as well as preparing for new music, which is scheduled to be released in the coming period.
According to WHO, the coronavirus infected over 128,540 million people and killed 2,808 others worldwide since it emerged in China in 2019. More than 547,727 million vaccine doses have been administered.
