Facebook Tumbles Outside of Top 10 Places to Work

Facebook fell to 23rd place in the "Best Places to Work" list in 2020, losing its place among the top ten.

According to a report issued by the American "Glass Door" Foundation, on Tuesday, Facebook was ranked seventh in the list issued last year.

The world's largest social media company’s drop from the top ten list comes amid organizational audits on Facebook against the backdrop of theft of user data and other privacy matters.

Facebook's overall rating fell to 4.4 out of 5, from 4.5 last year and also the plate form's share price fell 0.2% at $ 200.87.

The report includes US multinational enterprises of more than 1000 employees, or small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), which include less than 1000 employees.

The software company HubSpot topped the Glass Door's list as the best place to work, according to the annual report.

Meantime, consulting firm Bain & Company fell to the second spot after being at the top of the ranking last year, followed by electronic agreements company DocuSign, then In-N-Out Burger and Sammons Financial Group.

The following five companies are Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Intuitive Surgical, Ultimate Software, VIP Kid, and Southwest Airlines retaining the tenth position on the list.

The company, Alphabet of Google and Linkedin, also droppped from the list of top ten to occupy the 11th and 12th rankings respectively, while Apple ranked 84th this year.
