The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and South Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Wednesday.
Moderately hot weather is also predicted to prevail in the Western Coasts, while the East Coast will see hot conditions.
It is also foreseen that the country will continue to witness a rise in temperature.
Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted winds will be active in Western Coasts, South Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Pleasant weather is predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northern Coasts, and North Upper Egypt,, at night.
It is also foreseen that moderate weather will prevail in South Upper Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 38C in Cairo, 30C in Alexandria, 28C in Marsa Matruh, 41C in Sohag, 42C in Qena, and 43C in Aswan.
