The US company "Axon", which works in the field of developing electric detonators and body cameras for policemen, has proposed deploying unmanned aircraft (Drones) armed with detonators over various schools in the United States of America (USA), to respond to shooting incidents by immobilizing the armed person.
In an interview with the Associated Press (AP), Rick Smith, founder and CEO of Axon, said the idea came to him after the recent mass shooting at an elementary school in Texas that killed 19 children and two teachers.
Smith said he was "deeply disappointed by the reaction of the police, who did nothing and did not kill the suspect for more than an hour."
