Experts of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) forecast nice weather to prevail across most part of the country up to the Middle Egypt on Saturday.

However, it would be hot in the southern districts of Upper Egypt and the other areas next the border line with Sudan and  mountains  look over the Red Sea.

But a balmy weather is expected to prevail at night.

Thick fog would reduce range of visibility in the early morning in the northern parts near the Mediterranean Sea and the other water bodies linked to it.

Lower and medium-dragged clouds would hang over most districts.

Rain is expected to fall in Halayeeb and Shalateen coastal towns in the Red Governorate in the eastern sector of Egypt.

Moderate northern easterly winds would get fresher over the Red Sea and the gulf of Suez; it would cause  navigation disturbance there.

The experts expect that the Mediterranean Sea (MS) to witness light to moderate conditions.

Waves swell to 1-1.5 meters.

The Mediterranean Sea would be exposed to surface northern easterly winds.

The Red Sea would see moderate to rough conditions and the waves swell to 2-2.5 meters.

Surface northern easterly winds blow over the sea during hours to come.

Major temperature degree in Cairo is 29 C over daytime.

Degrees of temperature slide significantly at night across the country.

Egypt is four times the size of the United Kingdom.

Because its boundaries extend from the Mediterranean Sea in the north to the Sudan in the south, its climate varies greatly. Although some tourists venture into the searing heat of the Sahara desert, most confine their travels to the Red Sea coast and the Valley of the Nile.

Around Alexandria and the resorts that fringe the Mediterranean, summertime temperatures usually peak at around 31 Celsius (87F) but further south, in Aswan, temperatures average 41 Celsius (106F).

Although there can be a few wet days each month along the Mediterranean coast, much of Egypt experiences little or no rainfall.

So with sunshine averaging eight to 10 hours each day in the winter and as much as 12 hours in the summer,  tourists can base their choice of time to visit solely on the likely temperatures.

With summer temperatures exceeding 35 Celsius (95F), touring the sites around Cairo can be very uncomfortable.

But it should also be pointed out that January and February can be quite chilly months in Cairo and along the northern half of Egypt’s Red Sea coast.

Dust-laden winds may affect almost any part of the country between late March and June. These can give some very unpleasant conditions at times.
