Expert: Conflict in Ukraine Enters Final Stage, Russia Achieve Victory Next Fall

US military expert Scott Ritter stated that the conflict in Ukraine has entered its final stage, and the Russian army will begin to "tear up" the supply chains of Ukrainian forces and win in the fall.
