Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady denied Friday reports about a expected visit by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Baghdad in the coming weeks.
"There is no scheduled visit for the president to Iraq soon," Rady told SEE in exclusive remarks on Friday.
It's noteworthy that media reports published earlier today claimed that Sisi will visit Baghdad within the next few weeks on invitation of Iraq Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
Last week, an Iraqi official delegation visited Egypt and met with statesmen and ministers in Cairo.

In last October, Sisi received Iraqi Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein who handed over the Egyptian president a letter from Prime Minister Al-Kadhimi.
