Libyan National Army Commander Khalifa Haftar kicks off a visit today, Sunday, to Egypt, before heading to Paris later.
Libyan sources told SEE News that Haftar is expected to hold talks with Egyptian and French officials.
In the meantime, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived Paris, Sunday, in an official visit to France where he will hold a summit with French Counterpart Emmanuel Macron on Monday.
Sisi and Macron will discuss bilateral relations and regional issues, most importantly Libya and East Mediterranean.
