It's too hot, humidity is very high, we are almost suffocating.. thanks God, we use air conditioning and fans without fear of power outages, as the state has eliminated all electricity problems, including faults, overloads, severe pressure on networks, sometimes even explosions and fires.

The temperatures this week reach 45 degrees, and with the high humidity, it's too hot, and the Meteorological Authority announced that the weather is witnessing a continuous rise in temperatures throughout the country, from Saturday until the end of the week, so that the maximum temperature in Cairo is about 40 degrees Celsius during the peak period, and it records 45 in the governorates of Upper Egypt.

Not only Egypt, but the whole world is suffering from high temperatures, and scientists have warned that 2023 is the hottest year ever, and they described the recent rise in temperatures as “exceptional and terrifying, and it brings us to an unknown area.” There are 100 million Americans who reported injuries due to the heat wave,  in Britain the temperature broke all previous records, and fires spread. In Europe, cars and medical units move side by side with cars to spray water on the heads of passers-by, and in Egypt, in this sticky hot weather, how do we behave, how do we face this very hot wave.. government agencies must take an action.

Daily bulletins and warnings are issued to confront this heat wave.. The Ministry of Health, Environment, Agriculture, Irrigation and other agencies must explain how to protect ourselves and must stress the importance of drinking water, not going out at the peak periods, and avoiding direct exposure to sunlight by covering the head with an umbrella to avoid sunstrokes in addition to warning citizens, especially our people in Upper Egypt and the countryside, about proper protection methods, and warning against direct exposure to sunlight during farming and work in the fields, and giving workers in factories advices about how to deal with and how to face this heat wave in light of their work in front of ovens and inside unconditioned workplaces..

Every authority and ministry must announce its plan to confront this rise in temperatures

The health ministry should issue instructions on how to protect our children and stay away from the heat of the sun, especially since they are on summer vacation and in beaches and swimming pools. How do we protect ourselves from the evil of this intense heat?

May God protect us and protect Egypt from all evils and nature's wrath!
