Europe, MENA to See Solar Eclipse Next October

Europe and the Middle East regions will see partial solar eclipse on 25 October and it will be the final solar eclipse in 2022.

The climax of the eclipse will be seen in Russia, and Siberia.

It is worthy to mention that the first partial solar eclipse event in 2022 was observed only in several parts of Antarctica, the southern parts of Latin America, the Pacific Ocean region, and the Atlantic Ocean. 

According to Space website, the sky event will start at 18:45 pm GMT, and it reached its climax at 20:41 pm GMT, before its end at 22:37 pm GMT.a

Last month, a rare sky event took place in the sky of Egypt early this morning as Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn will align in a special phenomenon.

The event was visible to the naked eye, and the audience needed to look at the sky towards the southeastern pre-dawn sky, and the best time for observe the event was before the sunrise with 30 minutes.

Venus was the first planet to appear in the sky, and it was followed by Saturn, Mars, and Mercury which was the hardest planet to observe.

Dr. Greg Brown, Royal Museums Greenwich’s Public Astronomy Officer, said: “Your only chance to see all five planets at the same time is during a very narrow window after Mercury has risen but before the sun has.”
