The ministers of 27 countries in the European Union are meeting in Luxembourg to discuss ways to enhance cooperation with the Arab Gulf states and the Eastern Partnership countries, and to address the difficult political and humanitarian situation in Ethiopia, as well as the situations in Nicaragua, Afghanistan and Tunisia.
