European Union (EU) Ambassador Angelina Eichhorst is scheduled to arrive in Qena this morning to attend the inauguration of the first phase of the "Obelisk" solar photovoltaic (PV) power project.
This landmark initiative in Egypt is co-funded by the European Union (EU), the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The inauguration ceremony is expected to be attended by Prime Minister (PM) Moustafa Madbouly, along with a high-level delegation of ministers.
