In a joint press conference with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Karis added, "I am accompanied by a delegation of Estonian business leaders in sectors such as energy, transportation, defense, healthcare, technology, mining, and engineering, as Estonia is keen to expand cooperation in digital services and cybersecurity, given our extensive expertise in these areas."
He continued, "We are also eager to build educational relations between our universities, similar to those between the oldest universities in Estonia and universities in Cairo."
