Estonia's Prime Minister, Kaya Kallas, announced on Saturday that security has strengthens it's border with Russia, and urged her citizens not to travel to any part of Russia.
"I can assure that there is no direct threat to our country," Kallas tweeted.
The commander of the Russian "Wagner" group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, announced, on Saturday morning, his control of the headquarters of the Russian army in the city of Rostov, which constitutes a main center for the Russian attack on Ukraine, and took control of military sites, including the airport.
It's 7:30 am (4:30 GMT)," Prigozhin said in a video posted on Telegram, adding that "military positions in Rostov are under control, including the airport," as men in military fatigues walked behind him.
Russian President Vladimir Putin vowed to the military group to take strict measures in response to the rebellion it started hours ago.
