At least five Palestinians were killed and several others wounded in separate incidents involving Israeli fire across the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian health officials and local media reports.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed the deaths of two Palestinians shot by Israeli forces near the town of Osrin in the Nablus district of the occupied West Bank. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and no official statement has been released by Israeli authorities as of yet.

In a separate incident, Palestinian media reported that another Palestinian was killed by Israeli fire in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, located southeast of Gaza City in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. The report, cited by Alqahera News, did not specify further details about the victim or the context of the shooting.

Meanwhile, two more Palestinians were killed and several injured when Israeli forces targeted a tent sheltering displaced families in the Al-Tuwam area of northern Gaza. The tent, reportedly housing civilians who had fled ongoing fighting, was hit during an Israeli airstrike, according to *Cairo News Channel*.

Eyewitnesses and medical teams described harrowing scenes, stating that ambulances faced immense difficulty reaching the wounded due to continuous bombardments and the deteriorating security situation.

The northern Al-Tuwam region has seen intense shelling in recent days, with Israeli military officials claiming to target areas used for militant operations. However, Palestinian sources accuse Israeli forces of deliberately striking civilian infrastructure, further worsening the humanitarian crisis.

These incidents come amid a broader escalation of violence throughout the West Bank and Gaza, with international organizations warning of worsening conditions for civilians caught in the crossfire.

The United Nations and various humanitarian groups have repeatedly urged for the protection of civilians and unimpeded access for medical and relief teams, stressing that the humanitarian situation in Gaza is nearing collapse.
