In the cable, the Emir of Kuwait wished President El-Sisi good health and well-being, the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt and its generous people continued progress and prosperity, and the historical and strong relations between the two brotherly countries continued development and growth, according to the Kuwait News Agency.
