EMA Urges Citizens to Follow Instructions due to Unstable Weather Wave

On Sunday, the Egyptian Meteorological Authority urged Egypt's residents and citizens to follow the authority's instructions during the approaching unstable weather wave.

EMA said that the temperatures will drop by 4-5 degrees across Egypt, adding that the reason for this unstable weather is the arrival of a Low-pressure area over the Mediterranean.

EMA added that this low-pressure area will cause an additional feeling of cold, dusty, and windy weather, especially in South Sinai, and the South of Upper Egypt.

Rain would fall across Egypt, in addition to the prevailing of low, and moderate high clouds.

Therefore, EMA urged citizens to wear and use winter outfits, or jackets, stay away from big billboards and damaged homes, use masks for people who suffer from respiratory issues, and prevent all maritime activities in both the Mediterranean and the Red seas. 

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 22°C in Cairo, 19°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 28°C in Sohag, 29°C in Qena, and 28°C in Aswan.
