The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts pleasant weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.
Moderate weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
There are also chances of medium to heavy rainfall, sometimes thunderous, in the Northwestern Coast and Northern Lower Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between northwestern and southwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.25 and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.
Meanwhile, cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 19°C in Cairo, 19°C in Alexandria, 17°C in Marsa Matruh, 21°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 22°C in Aswan.
