The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and South Sinai, and warm in North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Saturday.
Moderately hot weather is also predicted to hit North Coast and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal Cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Wind will occur occasionally in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the North Coast. There is also a chance of rainfall in the North Coast, South Sinai, Red Sea Mountain Trail, Central, and South Upper Egypt, South of Lower Egypt, and Cairo.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience extremely cold weather at nighttime.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 22°C in Cairo, 21°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Matruh, 26°C in Sohag, 27°C in Qena, and 30°C in Aswan.
