On Sunday, Dr. Iman Shaker, undersecretary of the Remote Sensing Center at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA), noted that moderate spring weather is prevailing in most parts of the country, with temperatures lower than the average in the same time of the year.
In an interview with "Extra News" channel, Shaker noted this occurred as a result of air masses coming from southern Europe that leads to a decrease in the temperatures and wind activity, which in turn leads to moderate temperatures.
The EMA official expects that the country will see a gradual rise in temperatures starting tomorrow, Monday, which will reach 35 degrees at the end of the week.
She added that the weather will be stable throughout the week.
