Dr. Iman Shaker, undersecretary of the Remote Sensing Center at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA), predicted Sunday that Egypt will witness an improvement in the weather conditions.
In a phone call with CBC channel, Shaker noted that Lower Egypt faces a chance of occasional rain on Sunday, which is predicted will continue on Monday.
"At the end of this week, it is possible that the country will see unstable weather," she added.
Shaker stated, in a phone call with an Egyptian TV channel, that the temperatures began to drop, especially at night and the early hours of the morning.
She called on citizens to wear winter clothes, especially children and the elderly.
"There is no other increase in the temperature," Shaker stressed.
