Elon Musk responded to European Commissioner for the internal market Thierry Breton's letter regarding misleading information about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, asking him to clarify and point out the violations.
Breton said in a letter to Musk on Tuesday that his office had "indications" that groups were spreading misinformation and "violent and terrorist" content on X, and urged the billionaire to respond within a 24-hour
period.Musk wrote through his official account on the “X” website, “formerly Twitter,” in response to the European Commissioner for the Internal Market: “Our policy is based on everything being open source and transparent, which is an approach that the European Union supports, according to my knowledge. Please list the violations you refer to on “X” so that the audience can see it,” he added, “Thank you very much.”
According to Agence France-Presse, in his letter, Britton asked Elon Musk to respond and contact “the relevant law enforcement authorities” within 24 hours.
