The billionaire Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motors, paid his last year promise that he would no longer be an owner of any house.

Musk sold his palace which he owned near San Francisco in California for $30 million, according to Fox News.

That price is 7 million less than the price offered by the American Billionaire last June, when he offered the mansion for $37.5 million.

However, he won the sale $7 million, as he had bought the mansion for about $23 million 4 years ago. The identity of the estate buyer was not announced.

Elon Musk previously announced that the estate which has an area about 47 acres, is his last house in California after selling all of his properties in the state.

That does not mean the American Billionaire will live on the street, but he does not own houses that are officially registered in government documents.
