Veteran actress, Elham Shahin is making a comeback to the small screen after 4 years of absence.
Shahin is set to star in an untitled TV series that centers around the role of women in society. The actress will begin filming on Monday the first scenes of the story "Heta Meny", after preparations that lasted for more than a month.
The makers of the series have not settled on the final title, which consists of 6 stories. It is produced by Maha Selim and Synergy production company.
"Heta Meny" is written by Shahira Salam, directed by Hussam Ali, and featured in 5 episodes.
The story also stars Ahmed Wafik, Nihal Anbar, Enas Kamel, Hanan Suleiman, Moamen Nour, Lubna Wans, and others.
It is scheduled that 3 stories will be screened before and after Ramadan. The series marks Shahin's comeback to the small screen after 4 years of absence since 2016’s TV series “Lyaly El-Helmya" season 6.
The actress was last seen in film "Curfew", which is currently screening in cinemas.
