Sisi Appoints Lieut. Gen. Osama Rabie as SCA Head

Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree appointing Lieutenant General Osama Rabie as chairman of the Suez Canal Authority SCA to succeed Mohab Mamish.
