Al Ahly's president Mahmoud El Khatib became the first one in Al Ahly to claim the CAF Champions League (CL) title as a president and player.

The Red Devils ended their seven-year drought after snatching a 2-1 victory over the White Knights in the CAF Champions League final.

After this trophy, El Khatib reached another landmark to become the first one claim it as a chairman and a player.

The Red Devils' legend led Al Ahly to lift their first trophy in 1982, and achieved it once again in 1987, before reaching another landmark today.

The African champions will take part in the Fifa Club World Cup on February one.
