El Badry Announces Egypt's Final Squad for Togo's Encounters

Egypt's head coach Hossam El Badry announced on Sunday his 26-man final squad for Togo's encounter.

Egypt will face off Togo in the third and fourth rounds of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers on November 14 and 17.

The finals squad witnessed the exclusion of five players; Pyramids' goalkeeper El Mahdi Soliman, Pyramids' defender Ahmed Ayman Mansour, Pyramids' midfielder Akram Tawfik, Arab Contractors' midfielder Taher Mohamed Taher, Pyramids' forward Mohamed Farouk.

The closed Egyptian camp will start on Monday as the Pharaohs gear up for the encounters.

The 26-man squad is as follows:

Head Coach: Hossam El Badry

Goalkeepers: Mohamed El Shenawy, Abu Gabel, Mohamed Bassam

Defenders: Mohamed Hany, Mahmoud Alaa, El Winsh, Ahmed Hegazy, Ali Gabr, Aymen Ashraf, Mohamed Hamdy, Ahmed Abu El Fatoh

Midfielders: Ahmed Tawfik, Tarek Hamed, El Neny, Hamdy Fathy, El Solia, Zizo, Ramadan Sobhi, Afsha, Trézéguet, Abdallah Said, Mohamed Salah

Forwards: Mostafa Mohamed, Koka, Hossam Hassan, Mohamed Sheriff

It is worth mentioning that Egypt now ranks third with two points, the same as Kenya 2nd, while Comoros is now topping Group G with 4 points.
